Brightwall Basement Wall Systems, along with Sanidry Dehumidifier, Waterguard and a sump pump was installed in the basement, and CleanSpace was installed in the crawlspace. This will keep both areas dry and looking nice!

This home in North East Salem had a crawl space full of water, causing the beams to sag and fail to hold up the foundation properly. This led to cracks in their inside walls. This basement had water seepage in multiple locations. It already had two sump pumps in place that were not functioning or placed properly. Because of this, the water was still able to leak into the basement. The solution? We installed the Waterguard basement drain system along the entire interior perimeter of the basement and replaced one of the sump pumps with our TripleSafe Sump pump.
