By encapsulating the crawl space, there is control over the environment in the crawl space and protection to your home's overall health. 

This crawlspace had massive amounts of water, mold, fallen insulation, rodent activity and dust.  Our teams came in and removed the water and did a full clean out of the space to remove; fallen insulation, rodents and to prepare the space for finishing. A full perimeter drain, dehumidifier, clean space vapor barrier, and spray foam insulation were installed. 

This space is now clean, dry and usable for years to come.
