This home had a pipe leak, causing water issues in the crawlspace. Before our crews could waterproof, our plumbing division had to fix the pipes. They went in a changed out the old and damaged material, and made sure it hugged the ceiling more for better access in the crawlspace as well as hooking it to the ceiling in a safer way.
This customer needed a trench drain in front of his garage, the before picture shows what it looked like after the concrete was chipped away, the picture doesn’t show that under reviled a broken French drain that was supposed to be working as their drainage system. The after photo shows the trench drain laid in place before concrete was poured around it. Even not all the way finished the space already looks better! Once they pour the concrete the crew will make sure it is smoothed out and even for a nice finished look!

This home had a water issue in the basement. The walls and floor were damp to the touch and a weird smell was present. The homeowners wanted to finish their basement, but knew the water should be addressed first. They had John's Waterproofing come out and install a full WaterGuard parameter, TripleSafe Sump Pump, Thermal Dry Radiant Wall Barrier, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to get this space properly addressed before they continued with their finishing project.
