The WaterGuard will sit right where that previous water was leaking in from catching it and sending out of the basement keeping this basement dry and healthy for years to come!
This home had water condensation build up on their walls, to waterproof we did a WaterGuard drainage system along the parameter and BrightWall paneling to keep water diverted down to the new drainage system.
We replaced this old sump pump that was not working properly with our Supersump Sump pump. with this top of the line sumppump working properly, along with The Cleanspace Encapsulation and the Sanidry Dehumidifier, this crawlspace/basement combination will now stay dry.
In this wet basement we installed our Waterguard system, which collects any water coming in and channels it to the sump pump. We also installed the Supersump sump pump that the water is channeled to, this will take the water out of the basement and discharge it in a location away from the home. Lastly, we installed a Cleanspace Basement Wall system. This will be a vapor barrier, controlling any moisture while channeling any higher up leaks into the Waterguard system. The Cleanspace Wall System also leaves the basement looking clean and bright. Making it a space you won’t dread going into!
Water was coming into the crawl space, and standing in the low spot. Stagnant water can led to issues, and to be proactive, John's Waterproofing was called in. To make improve the space we would install a pipe, pump, plastic. A full interior drain system was installed. This will collect the groundwater, channeling it to the lowest point in the crawl space. From here the water goes into a TripleSafe sump pump and is directed away from the homes foundation. We than lay down a new 6 Mil vapor barrier, which we overlap the edges on and run up the walls and anchor. Now this space is protected against stagnant water.
