We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

This homeowner bought their home with a sump pump system already installed. After years of not worrying about their crawl space, they began noticing a strange smell and decided to inspect it. Unfortunately, they found that their original sump pump wasn't working properly and was overfilling with water into the crawl space. Needing the issue fixed, the homeowner reached out to John's Waterproofing about their options. We informed them that upgrading to the TripleSafe sump pump would be the best long-term solution to keeping their home dry and healthy. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that is capable of controlling hundreds of gallons of water at a time. It collects any water that tries to seep through and safely pushes it out and away from the homes foundation. This sump pump even has a backup battery-operated pump that will keep the crawl space dry even in the case of a power outage.
