This basement in Aurora got a bright new face lift. It was taken from a damp, drab space to a bright, dry and usable space! 

In these before & after photos, you can see what a difference the CleanSpace vapor barrier makes. Now, this crawl space is protected from moisture issues for years.

This dust filled and musty crawlspace was causing high energy bills due to the falling insulation as well as musty air to be pulled up into the living space above. To have the home dry and healthy we did a crawlspace encapsulation. 

This home had an older sump pump in the basement. For the most part it would keep water from pooling on the floor. However when heavy rains hit, the system just couldn't keep up. When that happened the homeowners would clear the spots in the basement that would hold water and they would squeegee the floor and turn on a few fans. After dealing with this issue for a few years they wanted to look into some other options. After a full inspection, we suggested a TripleSafe sump pump with a WaterGuard drainage system and SaniDry Dehumidifier. Now the space stays dry and healthy no matter what the rainfall looks like. 

We went to this wet basement and installed our WatergGuard system and BrightWall wall paneling system to transform this basement into a clean, bright and dry space.
