Crawl space located in Cottage Grove, OR where we did a full encapsulation with CleanSpace material, isolating the posts to ensure they stayed dry and mold free.

This crawlspace was not easily accessible, to make it easily inspected our crew dug out the entrance, safely cut the concrete and added in a Turtl Crawlspace doorway.

This homes old vapor barrier had not been properly sealed, allowing high humidity levels to pernitrate the crawlspace. This lead to drooping fiberglass insulation. Over the years this added a debris build up on the barrier that left the crawlspace ill-protected. To keep this issue from happening again, we installed a full Crawlspace Encapsulation. 

This home had a dark, damp, and musky basement. The homeowners couldn't use this space due to the mold and water. To reclaim this space we installed a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe Sump pump, and BrightWall Panels. 

By us installing a WaterGuard drain system, a SuperSump Pump and a ThermalDry Wall System in this damp basement will keep it dry for years to come.
