I had John’s Waterproofing redo my crawlspace. few years back, adding a sump pump and trenching out the low spots … great results. Crawlspace is nice and dry. Sump pump gets a workout during the winter months. And John’s comes out once a year for a service call to check and service the sump pump. Great value and a good investment to maintain your house.
