John's is trustworthy and caring
I have found John's to be a more trustworthy and caring company that the others around for several reasons. One reason being how well my issues were resolved, and of course the good job performance of your work crew. Another reason being how a neighbor had issues with another local waterproofing company and I had worked with them as well initially, but John's came out and remedied their mistakes.
