You have a great crew. Everyone’s been kind, communicative, and professional, and that’s not something I take for granted. The first crew was fantastic, and they were the first to catch the leak in the black polybutylene pipe and helped connect me with David.
David, the plumber, and his apprentice did excellent work—keeping me updated with before-and-after photos, insulating the pipes carefully, and really showing thoroughness in every step.
After the plumbers were out, Manual and his crew returned to clean up the encapsulation since the plumbing work did make a small mess. I really appreciate you having your team follow up on this front.
