They advised me that my problem was my water heater and not my groundwater and that I did not need their services, just needed a new water heater. They are very refreshing and honest. 

I really just needed to say how pleased I was with the French Drain Project completed today. Manuel and his team were efficient, courteous, carried out instruction on placement of the removed fill-dirt to my dog's kennel and back of home. Marcus was very helpful in explaining the systems that Johns Waterproofing would use to address our leaky basement issues. He also identified whether and when additional contractors might be needed to address other issues, e.g. Wood repair, electrical outlet installment.
