I had 4 bids and John's Waterproofing was my final bid. I was over the top impressed with Travis. He was extremely detailed, friendly and spent a lot of time detailing all the work out to my husband and I. I was very impressed and will select John's when we are ready to move forward with our project.

Our whole process with John's was great from start to finish. Jack our inspector was knowledgable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When the crew arrived they were polite, clean and left everything as they found it. We could not help but giggle and feel happy because Juan and his crew spent the entire time laughing and enjoying their day while they worked under our house. The system is great and we are very happy with our decision. I have already noticed the warmth of the house and that our wood floors are no longer freezing cold at night. Our house feels dryer and the damp musty smell disappear within two days of our system being installed.

We purchased the aspen on a whim after talking to a sales rep. And it really works. The home smells fresher and the air just feels cleaner as I walk around the home. 

This work is for a vacation home we have, and it is nice to get this taken care of. Crawl Space looks so much better now. 

While I ultimately ended up taking a DIY route, the customer service here was wonderful. I mostly chatted with Delaney in the office and she is very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

Andrew came in with such a "can-do" attitude! I needed that in the midst of addressing a lot of problems and challenges. He was a pleasure to work with.

I am looking at buying a new home and this one had water issues in the crawl space. I had the sales guy do a full inspection and walk through the whole project with me. In the end I didn't buy this house, but I really appreciated his patience with me and all the help he was able to provide. I will call him again for the next house I end up looking at.

Alex is the best of the best!!!  Very kind, knowledgeable, communicative and sweet. So far it's going very well. They are coming back today @ 9:00 to finish up.
