The service representative went above and beyond in an effort to determine what additional work needed to be done so I had an accurate estimate.

The sales guy was very helpful in explaining the systems that Johns Waterproofing would use to address our leaky basement issues. He also identified whether and when additional contractors might be needed to address other issues, e.g. Wood repair, electrical outlet installment.

Overall very satisfied with the inspection and quote, it was great!
