Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Moisture was a big issue for this homes crawlspace, and the old fiberglass insulation was falling from water weight and mold spores were growing. To lower their home heating and cooling costs and ensure the home would be dry and healthy, they decided to upgrade their crawlspace to a full encapsulation. 

This crawlspace had mold growing on the wooden beams due to high moisture. To combat this issue we applied MoldX as needed then installed a full encapsulation system. This includes TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace, SuperSump Plus, Spray Foam wall insulation, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the space dry and healthy. 

This wet and nasty crawlspace was not only unsightly but also moving mold spores into the home above. Our crew came out and installed a full encapsulation system. Now the home's foundation is secure and the air coming into the home from the crawlspace is dry and healthy. 

Every time it would rain hard the crawlspace would flood with at least one to two inches of water covering the crawlspace. She knew she needed to fix this and called us to come out and do the work. We installed a new drainage system along with encapsulation using our CleanSpace vapor barrier. She was so excited to see what a drastic difference our system made in her crawlspace. 

High levels of water and no waterproofing system in place. This can cause excessive water to enter the crawlspace and can lead to all sorts of problems. To help with a home we did a full dry-out and then encapsulated the space.
