This homeowner had complaints about the odor coming from their crawl space when it rained. Their living spaces would emit a musty damp odor that was concerning. This crawlspace had water weight pulling down the old fiberglass insulation. This was leading to the energy bills going up, and the homeowners wanted to keep their home energy efficient.
