Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

An old french drain couldn't keep up with all the rainfall and was flooding their crawlspace. Our inspector went out and recommended a Crawlspace Encapsulation We installed a TripleSafe Sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with the CleanSpace. They never have to worry about water again.   

This home had water in the crawlspace, you can see on the posts that water damage had already started to get to them. Water in the crawlspace leads to mold and wood rot, meaning the posts that hold your home up will become weak or broken. This can cause a number of issues for you inside of them home. This crawlspace had several cracks in the cement foundation as well as water issues. Our crews came in and sealed the foundation cracks, installed a sump pump and a new vapor barrier.
