Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

When an off odor is prevalent, the crawlspace is a good place to check. This space had critter evidence and mold spores growing on the wooden aspects of the foundation. To protect the home, the homeowners decided to have the space encapsulated. 

This homes crawlspace had been overlooked and neglected for years. Its old vapor barrier and fiberglass insulation had been ripped, torn, and chewed on by the critters that called this space home. After having the space cleared of vermin, they were referred to us for our encapsulation system to keep critters out! 

The customer saw an ad in the newspaper and had prior concerns for crawl space. 

This homes damp crawlspace was in need of some repairs. Due to high water tables, the space had waters rise and saturate the wood of the homes foundation. If left unattended to, this would lead to dry rot, mold, mildew, and structural damage. To solve these issues we installed a full encapsulation. 

This crawlspace in Beaverton is now used for storage and with the Silverglo insulation the owners no longer have cold wood floors and have no more complaints of drafts.
