Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our crew installed our 20 mils thick CleanSpace vapor barrier that is rip-resistant and prevents mold growth. After getting an encapsulation the homeowner couldn't smell that musty smell anymore. She also said there was a noticeable difference in temperature of the home.  

This homes old vapor barrier was no longer doing its job. Moisture had pushed its way in absorbed into the old fiberglass insulation and caked mud had overtaken the barrier. To solve this we did a full crawlspace encapsulation with insulation made for a crawlspace to ensure the home would stay dry and healthy.

This homes crawlspace had standing water. The water was beginning to cause damage to the wooden posts, so the homeowners knew they needed to do something. Our crew ended up performing a full dry-out and then an encapsulation. We installed a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock Insulation, CleanSpace, and Spray Foam with a SaniDry dehumidifier. This home is now dry and healthy! 

This crawlspace was a barrage of pipes and vents and wires all residing in a wet and swampy mess. Our team went in and installed a full perimeter drain, a dehumidifier and full encapsulated the space under the home. This sealed space now promotes better air quality and improved energy efficiency for the homeowners.
