This involves installing a SuperSump Plus sump pump and WaterGuard drainage pipe. The WaterGuard system gets installed first by jackhammering a trench along the interior perimeter of the basement. It is lined with gravel so that water can easily filter through and help to prevent clogging. The purpose of this system is so it can collect water that tries to enter and act as a safe passageway to the SuperSump Plus sump pump. This sump pump is what takes all that collected water and can securely push it out and away from the homes foundation. It is designed with a heavy duty Zoeller pump so that it is capable of controlling mass amounts of water at a time. With these two systems installed, we can ensure that the basement will stay dry and healthy all year round.
