This homeowner called because water had been leaking into their crawlspace causing water damage. Along with water damage, the old vapor barrier was torn due to rodents. Our crew went out and installed a new drainage system to properly drain the water into our Smart Sump pump. The Smart Sump is perfect for the crawlspace and is made to fit perfectly with the CleanSpace Vapor barrier. This costumer now doesn't have to worry about water leaking into the crawlspace for years to come.

This home had a small section of finished basement, with their stairway going past the entryway to their crawlspace. The crawlspace had a simple vapor barrier, but the added moisture that was still creeping in was causing mold to take over the stairway and was working into the rest of the basement. To fix up the home we added a drainage system in the crawlspace and graded this to a new TripleSafe sump pump in the basement. Our crew laid down a new 6 Mil vapor barrier and a new SaniDry dehumidifier to stop mold and mildew from occurring. 

This small crawlspace is the side of this home that is built into a hillside. It had a lot of drainage issues and the homeowners had tried to do a DIY Sump Pump to waterproof, however, this ended up clogged with mud and the plastic sheets they had put over the dirt floor were cased with mud. This homeowners DIY sump pump couldn't keep up with the homes water issues, and they were using a shop vacuum to clear the pump to keep it running. They knew a long term solution was needed to keep their home dry and healthy.
