Addressing Basement Flooding in Buxton, OR

This homes basement kept flooring. The homeowners laid a vapor barrier over the floor to keep their storage boxes off of the water that would appear on the floor. The homeowners noted that the amount of water was getting worse, they would need a solution. They scheduled a free inspection with John's Waterproofing and we got to work. We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and BrightWall wall system to ensure water was safely guided to the drain system to be dealt with.

Utilizing the Crawl Space for Storage in Buxton, OR

This homeowner was using their crawl space for storage. It had good headspace and they enjoyed having somewhere out of the way for long term storage items. However, with water pooling near where they were storing items, they were needing something in place. After a full inspection, they sat down with their design specialist and decided that a full encapsulation would be the best route to go. This will keep the space dry and healthy all year round, bringing the crawl space into their homes envelope.

Nasty Fiberglass in the Crawl Space - Warren, OR

Homeowner was looking their crawl space to be waterproofed. They had fiberglass insulation falling from the sub-floor, and this was caused by moisture absorbing into the insulation, causing it to droop and begin to fall down in places. To waterproof the space properly and protect it against moisture issues we did a full encapsulation. This system provides lasting insulation that is made for the crawl space with our TerraBlock insulation along the ground and spray foam insulation along the foundation walls.

Cleaning out a Scappoose, OR Crawlspace

John's Waterproofing can transform any wet, dirty, crawl space into a dry, clean, energy efficient crawl space that will last for years.

Wet Basement in Scappoose, OR

This basement had water problems for many years without anyone addressing them. As you can see in the photo the walls are dirty and crumbling in some places and the floor has muddy standing water. At this point, our crew had already started digging to install our WaterGuard drain system along the basement wall. It drains the water down to a sump pump to be pumped out and away from the home. We also installed our BrightWall paneling system that makes the basement so much brighter and is easy to wipe off the walls. Always leaving a clean and fresh feeling in the basement.
