This home had their crawlspace for general storage. Because of this they layered vapor barriers over the dirt floor to add extra protection should the plastic tear while they moved through the space. While pools of water were not an issue, humidity was becoming a concern as their old fiberglass began to absorb water and droop. To ensure this space remained dry and healthy they called up John's Waterproofing for a full encapsualtion, making this space a much healthier storage room. 

Dead critters in the crawlspace show that critters are making their way in. This homeowner could smell the crawlspace from upstairs and wanted to clear the space out of the debris and intruders. After a full inspection with the homeowner and a sit down discussion about benefits, the homeowner chose to have a full encapsulation with TerraBlock, CleanSpace, TripleSafe Sump Pump, SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Spray Foam. The odor is now gone, and the homeowner is thrilled to know critters will be deterred from coming back. 

This crawlspace was full of water, our crew quickly got the water out and the crawlspace dry. It only took them 2 days to get this space looking bright and clean! 

This high crawl space was a musty and dusty area. The homeowners wanted to utilize the space for storage, but the 6 Mil vapor barrier was apt to rip and tear, and the moisture could cause mold spores. To address this they opted for a crawl space encapsulation, which is topped with CleanSpace and comes with a 25 year warranty against rips and tears. This space is now dry and healthy, and the homeowners can enjoy added storage. 

This homes crawl space needed to be addressed. The old insulation was falling in pieces and the vapor barrier was littered with critter droppings and debris. Mud was caked over the old vapor barrier showing that water did rise in this space, which had pushed the barrier out of place. The homeowner chose to have our pipe, pump and plastic installed to provide a short term solution, knowing the plastic will need to be replaced every few years.
