This homes old vapor barrier was no longer doing its job. Moisture had pushed its way in absorbed into the old fiberglass insulation and caked mud had overtaken the barrier. To solve this we did a full crawlspace encapsulation with insulation made for a crawlspace to ensure the home would stay dry and healthy. 

Fiberglass insulation absorbs the moisture from the air, and this causes it to loose its 'r' insulation value and droop away from the rafters in a crawlspace. This crawlspace had a mess in their crawlspace from falling insulation and a dirty vapor barrier. To solve these issues, the homeowners called up John's Waterproofing. We pulled out these water damaged items and installed a full waterproofing system. 

Our crew came out and replaced this home owners old bucket sump with one of our top of the line Supersump sump pumps. along with a cleanspace encapsulation, the difference is amazing in looks and efficiency.

This crawlspace was so wet and messy you cant even tell its the same space after we fixed it up! We are so happy we were able to transform this customers crawl space. They are now breathing much cleaner air and spending much less in energy costs. Just some added benifits from their now dry crawl space.
