This homes crawl space hadn't been checked on in over a decade, and it was in need of a good revamp. From its water stains, cobwebs, old vapor barrier out of place, and mold spores, the space was overdue for some work. To keep the space healthy and easier to maintain, the homeowners chose to encapsulate. 

WaterGuard will keep this basement dry while the ThermalDry wall will reflect heat from that cozy fireplace keeping the basement warm!

This homeowner has a previously finished basement that water ended up leaking into multiple times, ruining all the work they had put into it and costing them time & money.
