This homeowner called us frustrated that her basement had leaked yet again, and she just couldn't handle it anymore. This has been a problem for her the last few years and just getting steadily worse. Our crews came in and installed a perimeter drainage system so that water would no longer be an issue for her. 

We replaced the old dirty vapor barrier in this crawlspace and installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. 

This crawlspace had a thick layer of mud when the rains hit. To protect this space, we did a full crawlspace encapsulation. 

This homeowner had fallen insulation, dirt, and other debris scattered all over their torn vapor barrier in their crawl space. Due to the level of tears, to take care of the space we did a vapor barrier replacement. 

There was a rustling noise coming from the crawlspace, upon further investigation, there was evidence that some critters were using this space as their home. To solve this issue before it escalated, Johns Waterproofing did a full Crawlspace Encapsulation to keep everything outside, on the outside.
