With Sammy explaining the process and the choices available to Delfino and his crew preparing our foundation and walls for the sump pump (and left our basement cleaner than they found it), to the plumbers who installed the new laundry sink and toilet and finally Gordon completing the electrical work, there was a lot to coordinate. The service technicians are always great. I had my basement flood years ago, and since getting the space waterproofed, I always make sure I get the annual service each year. The techs truly care, and the peace of mind they instill with their work is such a relief.

Sammy did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done to fix my problem, and so patient in answering all my questions.  Gordon and his crew worked so hard and their work ethic was outstanding. Had stairs to climb each time they had to bring equipment and stuff from the truck - wow! But best of all was their smiles that greeted me when they saw me outside with my dog.  Thank all of them for me for a job well done.

I read a good review on Angie's List so I decided that I would trust John's with my job. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. Our salesman Jacob was very knowledgable and had a very warm attitude. Ramon and his crew were very thorough and make sure to clean up their messes and leave my house as they found it.
