I wanted to thank you for taking the time to visit my home in SE Portland recently to meet with the contractors working on my remodel. I appreciate you making the trip and sharing information regarding your products with them. We have the pump serviced every year in November before the rain starts. The service guy we use is Kaleb. NICE GUY!I am in a wheelchair so I need other eyes to check the crawl space and give everything a look over. I have all the confidence in the world in John's. They never take a shortcut. This time (as always) I had Kaleb install a section of pipe to the discharge line. No problem, no charge. I am so grateful for all they do. Jesse came out today to inspect the house I was hoping to buy. I wanted his boss to know how well Jesse presents a professional image of your company. He is personable, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He is also not afraid to put on the bunny suit and crawl around to every corner of the house. Highly recommend! and thanks again! We now have a waterproof basement thanks to John’s Waterproofing. What a team effort. With Sammy explaining the process and the choices available to Delfino and his crew preparing our foundation and walls for the sump pump (and left our basement cleaner than they found it), to the plumbers who installed the new laundry sink and toilet and finally Gordon completing the electrical work, there was a lot to coordinate. That is where Kelley, in the office, provided assistance in lining up worker’s schedules to complete the job. Thank you to all.

he fixed my outside drain so now it drains to the street and not in my flower garden; he didn't have to do that. He really checks things over so you can tell he really enjoys his work and it speaks well for John's Waterproofing to have someone like that on your team. I'm sure he was hard to find!
