Water in the Cracks of the Basement - Sublimity, OR

For an actual solution, the owners of the home connected with John's Waterproofing. To begin on this homes waterproofing solution we dug a trench along the interior perimeter of the basement. Within this we laid a bed of gravel and our WaterGuard drain system. This will collect water and channel it to the lowest point of the basement where a TripleSafe sump pump can then direct the water away from the home via a discharge line. Along the walls we than installed out CleanSpace Wall system, which safely ensures water makes it down the walls into the WaterGuard. Now the owners of the home can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry, stable, and healthy.
