Challenge

This basement has a high amount of ground water and this moisture has created a completely unusable space and it made it to where the owner was not able to get a sale on the house. It had been on the market for nearly 8 months.

Solution

Our inspector gave them an estimate for a full perimeter water guard system and an additional quote for them to finish their basement walls. This water guard system, as well as the drainage system, will remove the water from the space and give them a usable space to allow them to sell the home.
