To install the ThermalDry Wall System, our crew attached an insulating barrier directly onto the concrete foundation walls inside of the exposed basement walls. This barrier is 2-sided and waterproof, to reflect heat back into the home, and is made to be finished over. Next, along the perimeter of the basement, is the WaterGuard System. WaterGuard is a water collection tunnel, which will catch all water intrusion, and route it down to the lowest point inside of the basement, and directly into a TripleSafe Sump Pump, to be expelled safely away from the home via an underground discharge line. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a professional-grade, 3-pump-in-1 machine, where each pump is activated if the one ahead of it fails, or is overwhelmed by water volume. This advanced pump system gives homeowners absolute peace of mind, as the 3rd and final pump is battery-operated allowing it to maintain functionality even in the event of a power outage. As an added level of protection, our crew also installed our SaniDry XP Dehumidifier, to ensure a healthy air quality at all times. The installation of this dehumidifier will help immensely to support the overall health of everyone inside of the home.
