Anytime you have a leak its a bad day, but when you just finished your basement and put so much time and money into it, it makes it an extra bad day when it gets a leak
And that also means the paint jobs do too. It looks like this homeowner spent a lot of time on it as well. Makes us sad to have to tare it up but happy that we can help them finish it for good this time.
the crew had to cut them for water damage reasons and to install our Waterguard system we will replace them with metal studs that will not be damaged by any water or moisture.
Back to the bare minimum so we can install our waterproofing system.
