Water in the crawlspace is an easy way to see that an issue is present. This homeowner called us up when they saw standing water and wanted to have full encapsulation. They didn't want to stress about what could occur from prolonged water issues, and were happy to get the long term solution!
The crawlspace access was originally located in a bedroom closet of the home. To make easier access and avoid having to enter the home during services, we have the option to cut the concrete on the exterior of the home and install a Turtl. The Turtl is a great option for an exterior entryway to the crawlspace as it has a lockable door and seals tight to keep the water out and helps to deter critters. This After photo is a work in progress, the crew still had to complete the final interior portion of crawlspace and clean up.
