This crawl space had an odd odor that was noticeable from the living spaces. Worried about what could be lurking beneath their floorboards, they called John's Waterproofing. To solve their crawl space problems, we removed the ruined old fiberglass and damaged old vapor barrier. We installed a drainage system, TripleSafe Sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace, Spray Foam insulation, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.
Joanna called our company because she was afraid she may have water in crawlspace and didn't want her foundation to rot. Our inspector Vincent Birchall went out and provided Joanna a free inspection. The inspection revealed that not only did she have water in her crawlspace, but some of her posts had already begun to rot. Vincent provided her with a detailed and tailored proposal to address her crawlspace, and Gordon was quick to execute.
Gordon and his team cleaned and encapsulated the space repairing the rotted posts as well. The team installed a dehumidifier and a sump pump to make sure that water and moisture would no longer be an issue. Fernando completed the job with a beautiful spray foam finish for enhanced warmth and comfort year around.
The customer called to have work done on their foundation. As there was water damage along the walls of the crawl space.
This crawlspace had massive amounts of water, mold, fallen insulation, rodent activity and dust. Our teams came in and removed the water and did a full clean out of the space to remove; fallen insulation, rodents and to prepare the space for finishing. A full perimeter drain, dehumidifier, clean space vapor barrier, and spray foam insulation were installed.
This space is now clean, dry and usable for years to come.
This customer called because they had noticed rodents were getting into their crawlspace. The rodents were destroying their insulation and tearing up the vapor barrier. She called us to come to take a look and see if we could get the rodents from getting in. Our inspector recommended encapsulating the crawlspace to eliminate rodents from getting into the crawlspace. It will help with the air quality and overall health of the home. Our crews installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system that is 20 mil thick vapor barrier. The homeowner was so relieved to not have to worry about rodents getting in the crawlspace and breathing everything the rodents were leaving behind.
