Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mud in the crawlspace makes for an inviting space for critters. To deter critters and keep a crawlspace dry and healthy, we offer crawlspace encapsulation. This project provides a huge upgrade for this homes, deters critters, lowers the home energy bills, and protects the home from water damage throughout the years! 

Our home owners knew they had some water under their house when they called our office, but they had no idea the extent of their water issue. When our inspector Bob went through his inspection and showed them the photos they were shocked to see close to 4" of water hiding under the black visqueen. The thin black plastic had floated on top effectively hiding the severity of the problem. 

This homes foundation was cracked and leaking, causing issues in the Crawlspace. We did a full encapsulation to solve this water issue. 

When a homes crawlspace suffers from post damage, the floors will slope, bounce, and doorways can stick. This home suffered those issues, and while the homeowners tried to shimmy the posts up, the issue kept coming back. To solve the problems we installed SmartJacks as needed and did a full encapsulation to protect the home from water damage coming back.
