Customer has four crawlspaces and needed the vapor barrier replaced, and ventilation 

The customer had concerns about animals crawling into space and destroying insulation and electrical wiring 

The customer had recently bought a home that had humidity problems in their daylight basement. They got the basement finished, and the crawlspace waterproofed to keep the home clean and healthy for years to come. 

The couple had had their crawl space encapsulated back in 2008. So they called to have it checked due to hearing weird noises. Michael, our service tech found that the Sump Pump was full of mud, and sediments were lodged in the pipes preventing the water to be discharged out of the crawl space causing slight flooding of the pump. Giving us a perfect example of why yearly check-ups are recommended.

It is amazing what a clean space can do for your family's health and the ability to fully take advantage of a space. This homeowner used our thicker CleanSpace vapor barrier for the area he plans to use for home storage, and then the thinner 6 mil plastic in the areas without foot traffic. This will give them great moisture protection as well as large usable space. 

The customer lives along the coastline, so being in a moist climate did their crawlspace more harm than good. Along with no one being down there for quite some time, it ended up being in shambles. So Pedro and his crew cleaned it out and installed a 6 mil Vapor Barrier to help protect the home from water intrusion.
