This crawlspace was dirty, musty and full of stagnant wet air. Our team came in and removed the debris from the crawlspace, provided appropriate drainage and completed the system with our patented SaniDry dehumidifier. Now the air in the home is cleaner and healthier and the crawlspace is safe from mold and rot. Next week this crawlspace will receive spray foam insulation to better regulate the homes temperatures and increase energy efficiency throughout the home.
Crawl space in Vancouver, WA that just wasn't running as efficiently as it should be and needed some updating. A SaniDry XP dehumidifier was installed which helps large areas that are plagued by excess humidity along with SaniDry upper and lower duct kit and CleanSpace, ensuring this customer has a dry clean efficiently running system underneath his house.
Home inspector called due to water being found in crawlspace
This customer called with concerns of his crawlspace. It was sealed properly so dirt, water, and other debris were getting in making a mess. Our team went out and installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation system that will keep his crawlspace clean and dry for years to come.
In this crawl space, we were able to go out and do a full encapsulation with the antimicrobial CleanSpace material creating a clean, dry environment for many years.
Our customer had water damage in their crawl space that was affecting some of the support posts. Here is an example of an encapsulated crawl space where the post has been isolated protecting it from any more damage.
This customer called about getting an inspection done on their crawlspace. Water and mud were found all over their vapor barrier thru out the crawlspace. Our inspector recommended the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to ensure they wouldn't have any more water or moisture coming in.
The customers had a raccoon visit their home in the spring. Which ended up in the vapor barrier and insulation being torn to pieces.
Customer called with an interest in waterproofing his basement. We installed a super sump and our patented WaterGuard system with a discharge line. That ensures he will not have to worry about basement flooding. We also installed ThermalDry wall that will help keep his walls from moisture and keep heat in.
The customer wanted a solution to water puddling in the basement and to finish the walls. Giving the family reassurance that the basement would be livable and dry, we installed the UltraSump Pump and the WaterGuard System. To give the walls a finished look, we used the Everlast Wall panels.
This customer called because they had water coming into their finished basement. They wanted an inspector to come out and find where the water is coming from and to fix it.
Our inspector Eric went out and found the water had been leaking from the basement window. Water was coming from outside to the window and leaking down the wall to the basement floor. We installed our patented WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the basement floor. To fix the window leaking we installed a window well drain that goes under the window and drains the water to the unseen WaterGuard system. To which drains the water to the Super sump that pumps the water out and away from the house.
This homeowner can now enjoy his finished basement knowing that water isn't leaking into his basement for years to come.
The customer called due to concerns on a small vapor barrier covered crawl space in the basement. There were a very strong musty smell and moldy shelves that were next to it, which were also raising red flags. We encapsulated the small crawl space and got a dehumidifier down in the daylight basement to regulate any unforeseen future humidity problems.
This homeowner had a beautiful finished basement but this last year the wall was softening and has a strange dark area. When our team came out to inspect they discovered that this was due to a large concentration of wet soil behind the basement wall on the exterior. Over time water began to work its way through the concrete wall and now the family risked damage to the finished walls of their home. Our team came in and placed not only a drain system to collect this water but also installed our patented Bright Wall panels to ensure the walls of the basement remained strong for the life of the house.
Water had been leaking in this home in a very deep area of the crawl space. A new SaniDry SuperSump was installed that will pump water out of the basement to help keep it dry.
This customer called because they had water leaking into the basement for the wall. They had started to notice a musty smell in the basement and due to the moisture, they couldn't use their basement for storage. Our crew went out and installed our BrightWall paneling that is waterproof, stain resistant, and easy to clean. It is made of an inorganic material that works as a vapor barrier in the basement. It works along great with our WaterGuard drainage system to keep the basement dry from any further water leaking. The customer was so relieved to have a dry basement and with a growing family can now use their basement to store all their belongings.
The customer was having water leaking into the basement through the walls. Which was creating mold growth along the walls? We cleaned the mold and installed BrightWall paneling to give the room a finished look. Along with WaterGuard to discharge the water out of the basement completely.
The low point was in their driveway, and they wanted something to help prevent it from going into their home. The previous owner had a trench drain installed, but it wasn't deep enough, so the water was flooding out of the drain. So we pulled out the old one and dug it out so it would be 12in x 12in. Giving the water enough space to drain without causing any damage to the garage or home.
By installing the Cleanspace encapsulation system in this crawlsapce, we are able to keep it clean and dry while making the space brighter and easier to move around in.
The customer called due to having their crawl space being encapsulated by another company incorrectly. They had covered the entrance to the second half of the crawlspace. So we re-encapsulated and installed a SuperSump pump to filter out any intrusive water.
Partially done crawlspace was bothering customer, so they called us to finish it
We went out and replaced this old homemade sump pump with a SmartSump sump pump that has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump and is designed for crawl spaces to help remove water and prevent flooding.
Parts of this foundation were in dire need of help and reinforcements. Our team went in and replaced many of these below standard posts with our patented Smart Jacks, guaranteed to never rust and create an unsafe foundation. They also include a superb warranty.
Stephen had water coming into his basement and knew this was going to create mold and damage. He called into John's Waterproofing after seeing our trucks out n about and got an appointment scheduled with Vinny for a free inspection. Vinny suggested installing a WaterGuard draining system with a SaniDry dehumidifier and TripleSafe sump pump. Once completed, ThermalDry Tile will be installed to further waterproof the floor along with giving the basement a nice, finished look.
Most of the year this basement was functional, though rather unsightly. Heavy rains brought moisture inside in the winters making the homeowner afraid to use the space at all. Our crew came in and installed Waterguard and BrightWall Panels which made the basement dry and usable. Not to mention it looked much better.
During the winter season, the owners of the home noticed that there was more water seeping into their crawl space than any other time of the year. So we did a basic 6 mil vapor barrier installment with spray foam insulation.
Due to excessive moisture this foundation support is cracking and giving way. Thankfully our team was there to replace it with a SmartJack so a sinking home will not be a worry for them.
Although we recommend a full encapsulation system this vapor barrier replacement still looks pretty good and will help a home be sale ready.
This crawlspace was wet, humid and had visible heavy mold on the beams. They opted to have the entire space cleaned and treated. This included removing the falling insulation and replacing it with rigid foam insulation, installing drainage, as well as a dehumidifer to keep the space well conditioned and prevent any possible further damage.
The customer has a split level ranch style home with a partially finished basement that was starting to get water intrusion. He had tried to dig his own trench for a makeshift drainage system. Which had helped for a short time, but was not working in the long run. We installed our patented Total Basement Finishing System. Keeping the basement dry and with beautiful, dark walnut insulated flooring.
This crawl space was just dirt, so there was nothing protecting the structure from water and mold. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is 20 ml thick and is an antimicrobial woven fiber. Guaranteed to keep the crawl space clean and dry for a very long time.
