Great, hardworking, and attention to detail! 

We had an experience on 9-12 that was to good to be true. After making an appointment with your company, to look under our modular home to see if we had mold, you sent a rep to our home.  Sammy Brooks, your Systems Design Specialist, explained all the different areas he would check on and let us know what your company could do for us. Fortunately he didn't find anything to be acted on for some time. This was a good thing, but the good thing was Sammy's demeanor and excellence in explaining the situation for us. He was very articulate and just plain nice.  We are surprised there was no change for this inspection and we thankyou very much. We will remember Sammy's suggestions and be happy to recommend your company to anyone needing your service. 

I wanted to thank Chris for showing up and troubleshooting my new generator unit. He was hardly out of the gate when the good ole Bomb Cyclone knocked my power out for the next 8 hours. So accolades! I actually had water, both hot and cold at milking time and was able to wash all my dairy buckets in the dishwasher. Big deal to me! Thanks again!

Robin is a wonderful individual.Robin is intelligent, intuitive, uncommonly insightful re: property characteristics and potential.... + and landscape needs.. very informed and easy to be around. He actually was one of the most impressive contractors I have had in the three months I have owned this house.

Lisa in the front office was great at working with our schedule for the inspection and following up and confirming. Jack our inspector was very thorough and took care of exactly what we were trying to accomplish.  While the crew was there they did an excellent job of communicating exactly what they were doing. What they expected to accomplish each day and when they left they explained what was scheduled for the following day. We had a couple of areas where we needed to make some minor changes on account of a noise problem in the crawlspace. We discussed a couple of solutions and picked what we felt would work bast.  The crew did a full clean up each day. Plastic down on all of the walkways and carpet. No clean up at all on our part. Five starts across the board, I would definetely hire them again. 

John's is the best, the new owner Robin Ekloff is the best in the NW at what he does. 100% reliable Co. 

I am very impressed and pleased with my appointment today with David. David carried himself very well and was very professional. He is one of the good ones, because of this experience I will be sure to use John's the next time I need work done.
