Good morning.  All of your employees who worked in crews at different times were very friendly and professional.  They knew their task and worked efficiently to complete each step and after completed explained what they had done in terminology I could understand.  There was some difficulty installing the Turtl under the house because of lack of space in the foundation.  Your salesman, was here the 1st morning the project was started for a few minutes and said the Turtl couldn’t be used and we would have to settle for a Crawl Space Access Door. This was really disappointing.  I really wanted that easy access under the house.  I discussed this with Ramon ( Supervisor) who studied the issue and found a way to resolve and complete the installation of the Turtl.  When they started work they found that 1 of the heat vent tubes had fallen down, was wet and destroyed.  It would have taken a heating company 3 – 5 days to get here so I purchased materials and his team installed after their workday to keep the project on schedule.  He also asked why we weren’t installing Terra Block on the ground and explained the importance of using this material.  He negotiated a fair price and installed the next day.  Your office staff was great answering questions and coordinating subcontractor work.  I was very impressed with your staff for going the extra mile completing our project.  In just a few weeks our house is warmer, dryer and smells fresher than it has.  Overall we are very impressed with John’s Waterproofing Co. and will recommend your service to anyone.

Just a note to say that our installers did a great job on installing my sump pump on the 26th of August. They worked hard for 12 hours and when done, cleaned up everything well!

Johns Waterproofing did a fantastic job of cleaning up my crawl space, from the presentation to the final touches. Everyone at Johns Waterproofing wants to see your issues resolved, and when they’re done, they want you to be happy with what they did. They are willing to guarantee their work, and when you accept all of their recommendations, your project may qualify for a transferable warrantee as well. We have a spring under our guest room, and our original builder didn’t adequately provide for that. The work he did was deteriorating at a rapid rate, until one day we were forced to confront the issue again. Not only did they remove all of our original builders “make-shift work around” debris, but they actually, permanently fixed the issue to a point where they were willing to warrantee the project “forever”, allowing us to transfer their warrantee to any new owner, should we ever decide to sell our house. I accepted all of their recommendations, and not only did they resolve all of my crawl space issues, my electric and gas bills have been significantly reduced as a result of the things they did in my new, clean space.   We couldn’t be happier with Johns Waterproofing, and their crews. Each and every member of Johns Waterproofing we came in contact with was very hard working, personable, and professional. We had two crews working in our crawl space and every single person was concerned about how they protected our house above the crawl space as well. They put plastic sheeting up on all the walls and floors, and cleaned up every day before they left. I can’t say enough good things about the work force at Johns Waterproofing. I was impressed with everyone. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? You bet I would, and that recommendation would come with my highest rating as well. Letter from one of our customers to John Hello Mr. Lombardi,  I'd like to finally thank you (I've been waiting till the work was all finished and paid up) for your very kind help last October. I was having major problems with continued post-fix basement flooding and sent you a letter of complaint; you immediately called to ask me about it and then dispatched your company's finest.  Robin was terrific throughout; he stayed involved, was knowledgeable, generous with his time, and blessedly straightforward regarding the options and his recommendations. Delfino and, later, Cesar, were both excellent. They seemed experienced, on top of the situation, and impressively hardworking; Delfino and his crew were here till 8pm on the second fix. they did not stint on anything, explained to me what they were doing and why, and took crae of some extra details they thought advisable.  But primarily it was your own prompt response and cordiality which eased my distress last fall and restored my confidence in the eventual success of this project. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated it. Yes, I can, actually- I have already recommended John's unreservedly to a friend with longtime basement problems and I would do so again.  If you are ever going to be in the vincinity and have the time and inclination to stop by, for a cup of tea (or something stronger), please let me know. Thank you so much for your kind and professional service today Becca. We are in the process of purchasing this home. The crawl space inspection showed some cracks in the foundation, insulation hanging down, AC lines in crawl space on the ground, and moisture but not standing water. The crawl space does have an old vapor barrier. When the inspector did the first inspection we could not get into the crawl space but because of the help from John's he went back on Friday and was able to. Now we just have to wait for the final report to finish up so we can properly waterproof.

The plumbers did a great job. They got everything taken care of quickly and on budget. Would use them again if needed. 

Aaron was very pleasant and his annual service of my system was amazing. He answered my questions, explained what he had done and even remembered me and my house from when he came out last year. The process has been amazing start to finish.

The crew came in and sealed and enclosed my crawlspace. Other than some small pieces of styrofoam in my yard it went very well. I'd highly recommend them.
