I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always received great service and quality products. This winter has been extremely wet, and our downstairs stayed nice and dry. We had an issue where a pump was making strange noises. John's Waterproofing was there the next day to replace it. They take great care of their customers.

You did a job for us in April of this year. Your estimator was a very nice guy who showed us clearly what needed to be done. Your workmen who did the job were very pleasant and professional. But frankly, until this week we had no idea as to what kind of job you did. This week, the homeowners association had a Pest Inspector go into each subbasement. After examining our subbasement he commented on the excellent job your workmen had done. A representative of the homeowners association heard the praise and asked for your contact info so they could put it on some kind of recommended contractor list.... Good for you and thanks for doing a good job.! A suggestion, after doing the work it would have been nice if you had given us a photo of what you had done, so we would not have waited this long to realize that you had done an excellent job. Thank you again for the excellent workmanship.

What did you think of our representative and presentation? Excellent and clean and thorough. Comments: John's employees are thorough, careful, respectful and clean.  We highly recommend this company for the tough job of removing water from crawl spaces.  

I believe this is a viable, affordable solution and was explained very well.  

We had our annual service today, like every other year. John's Waterproofed our basement in the mid-1970s  and it has stayed dry since then. That is why we continue to use and refer your company.

He did a great job, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Every company out there should hope that their own people should do such a great job.
