We used John's Waterproofing to waterproof our basement. They put in a drainage channel around the perimeter of the basement and they put in a sump pump with a battery backup. They put in an air dehumidifier and put up whitewall sheeting on the walls. It was excellent. They did most of it in one day. They were very professional and very clean. They made sure that nothing was damaged. They broke up a lot of the concrete so there was a lot of dust and they made sure they ventilated the basement. They didn't get any dust in the house. They took a lot of time to show me how to operate the sump pump and the dehumidifier. We don’t know if it was a lot or a little to pay.

Everyone in the office was so nice and the company is very trustworthy.

The service tech (Jeremy) was great and I asked many questions about the system. He was knowledgeable and was patient with me. I appreciated that he had booties that he wore on my carpet without even asking.

This enhances the professionalism of the whole team and allows for informed discussion with potential customers. Glad I researched John's Waterproofing before time and Jacob as the representative sealed the deal.

Marcus is very professional, presents well, answers questions like and expert. Johns Co. is the right solution to my water seepage, but I am going to live with the small leak in the wall for the time being. Thank you for the consultation.

Bob was incredibly nice, personable, honest, straight forward and in no way felt like a pressuring sale call. I really appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable Bob was and that he spoke to me as equal adults and not a salesman. His knowledge and experience made me trust his recommendations and ideas. 

I was very impressed with the thoroughness that Bob Beachboard showed. For example, he was the only person who came to my house who used a moisture meter on the walls. Like the others, he thought I didn't have an immediate problem, but that I should keep an eye on things so that they don't get worse.

Your 3 men came down yesterday and worked hard all day under my house.  It was a challenge because the crawl space is so small.  I do not see how they did it, but they never stopped and kept on until the job was finished.  I want to thank those men for their hard work.  I want to commend them heartily for all the excellent work they accomplished.   Thank you.   Thank you.   Thank you.
