He consulted us on each step along the way and adjusted accordingly. His assistant Ubaldo was likewise very helpful, communicative, and conscientious. The jobsite was left in excellent condition. Plus, you guys were just so nice! I had my son Cooper with me at one point and you high-fived him! It’s such a relief to know that our crawlspace is going to stay dry. It just made me so sad to finally buy a house and to then have the surprise of water (and fear of mold) in the crawlspace; thanks for working with me to get it within reach for me. Hi there! I met with JWP for a bid yesterday (for a listing I have) and I was so thankful to learn that you have someone on staff focused on dealing with us Realtors! (poor guy). I just wanted to say that Len is GREAT. I think it was very innovative of JWP to bridge the two industries too. And of course I'm sure it saves the sanity of your other guys that have about as little patience with Realtors as I do. HA!
