We had an experience on 9-12 that was to good to be true. After making an appointment with your company, to look under our modular home to see if we had mold, you sent a rep to our home.  Sammy Brooks, your Systems Design Specialist, explained all the different areas he would check on and let us know what your company could do for us. Fortunately he didn't find anything to be acted on for some time. This was a good thing, but the good thing was Sammy's demeanor and excellence in explaining the situation for us. He was very articulate and just plain nice.  We are surprised there was no change for this inspection and we thankyou very much. We will remember Sammy's suggestions and be happy to recommend your company to anyone needing your service. 

I wanted to thank Chris for showing up and troubleshooting my new generator unit. He was hardly out of the gate when the good ole Bomb Cyclone knocked my power out for the next 8 hours. So accolades! I actually had water, both hot and cold at milking time and was able to wash all my dairy buckets in the dishwasher. Big deal to me! Thanks again!

My husband had been dealing with some health issues over the past year and we couldn't figure out what was going on. We went to numerous doctors to find a solution but nothing seemed to help. Within the past few months, I started noticing some health issues similar to his and thought it had to be something from our house. That's when we started noticing a strange smell coming from the closet in our bedroom, which is where the entrance to the crawl space is. We researched waterproofing and found that there can be moisture or mold growing which can lead to big health issues. That's when we discovered there was water puddling in our crawl space. We want to be able to enjoy our retirement and for the sake of my husband and mine own health we decided that a crawl space encapsulation would be the thing needed to enjoy that.
