Hi there! I met with JWP for a bid yesterday (for a listing I have) and I was so thankful to learn that you have someone on staff focused on dealing with us Realtors! (poor guy). I just wanted to say that Len is GREAT. I think it was very innovative of JWP to bridge the two industries too. And of course I'm sure it saves the sanity of your other guys that have about as little patience with Realtors as I do. HA! There had been a lot of rain and we were getting a smell coming from our crawlspace. So, we called John's and AJ De La Rosa came out to assess. He was great! Very informative and he went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Lupe and his crew did a terrific job. I am really pleased. I would highly recommend John’s Waterproofing and have told them to use me as a reference anytime. I can’t wait until it rains so I can see how it works! As a realtor I am in so many homes every year and water damage is a huge issue. Having this system  in my own hand I can now speak first hand about the advantage of John's Waterproofing company and their system.

Remediation of water issues in crawlspace to satisfy inspection of home for sale. This was done for my wife's house which she tried to sell when we got married. After renting she was prepared to put the house on the market when a referral from a friend resulted in an offer. The inspection revealed some water issues in the crawlspace, not unusual in this part of the state. I went down to look and verify the issue. The inspection service recommended John's service which made me somewhat skeptical but the Angie's list reviews were positive. When their agent came to inspect and discuss remediation I was more impressed. They were able to schedule the work in a time frame favorable to closing. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of keeping the house clean and cleaning up afterwards. I went down into the crawlspace and saw that new plastic had been put down but wasn't going to peel up the plastic to verify the trenching and placement of drain pipe (sock covered flexible drain pipe).  I saw the wiring for the sump pumps and the alarms but again did not peel away the black plastic to verify installation. It is difficult to rate this work in comparison to above grade work where a better inspection is possible. It appears they did what they said they would and the situation is improved. I am not one to inflated ratings. This is difficult work and "adequate" is really fair praise. I would consider them for our current home some time in the future.

Delfino, Ramon and Juan were a wonderful crew. They kept at task, checked with us when needed and answered our questions in a very knowledgeable manner. We were really impressed with Delfino, he laid out the job and kept the others on task. Delfino, Ramon & Juan worked very werll together. 

 I want to take this opportunity to express a tremendous thank you for the crew that you sent us.  All three worked diligently throughout the day and in a very professional manner.  They took the time to answer my curious questions about the various things they were doing, I am a person that likes to know how a project like this all fits together :)  They did a great job of prepping the work areas to keep messes to a virtual minimum and cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to help with our home's problems!  I am excited to see how it all functions once we get into the rainy season!
