This giant crawlspace was transformed from a dirt floor crawlspace to a clean, dry and sealed crawlspace.

This crawlspace had the vapor barrier replaced and a smartsump sump pump installed to help pump out any crawlspace water intrusion.

This crawlspace had no vapor barrier and the vents were wide open causing this homeowner a lot in energy costs. We came out and did an encapsulation and spray foam to make this crawlspace dry and warm year round! 

Paraseal is installed on the exterior walls of the new basement before it is back-filled in order to prevent any water intrusion in the future.
