This home had long term water damage from their leaking basement walls. We solved this issue by digging a pipe trench around the interior to drain to a Sump Pump and added in Brightwall Panels to keep mosture from the walls directed to the pump as well.
This Crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona to keep this crawl space clean, dry and healthy for years to come.
By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation and a SuperSump sump pump we were able to solve this homeowner water intrusion issues. This crawl space will now be dry for years to come.
We installed Thermal Dry walls and our patented WaterGuard perimeter drain in this homeowner's basement. The before picture shows evidence of water intrusion under the floors and behind the baseboards. The after photo shows our Thermal Dry system preventing any water from getting to the drywall that will be installed after our systems are in place.
When finishing a basement, it is a good idea to waterproof the space first. Even if water isnt evident now, over time, water will find a way to creep in. This homes basement had been finished, but now a funky smell was detectable. The homeowner claimed the walls smelled musty and damp. They ended up pulling some of the drywall off of the wall, and found the foundation had condensation on it. They called up John's Waterproofing to get their space Waterproofed and refinished.
