Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This home had water seepage coming in through the basement walls and the floor. We installed WaterGuard and BrightWall which fixed this home owners basement water intrusion issues. 

Water was coming up and through the porous floor of this basement, and leaving dark, damp water spots in the corners. To solve this issue, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage system, a SmartSump, and a discharge line that collects the water and sends it a safe distance away from the foundation of the home. 

This Basement has our WaterGuard system along with our clean space wall system. Making sure any water that comes through is channeled down into the drainage system.

This homes basement was getting ready to be finished and the homeowners knew it had a moisture issue, that had become a flooding issue. The owners can cleared the space out and had been vacuuming the water to keep the levels down and then running fans to help the space dry out. Now the space is ready to be finished and to protect their basement investment.
