You did a job for us in April of this year. Your estimator was a very nice guy who showed us clearly what needed to be done. Your workmen who did the job were very pleasant and professional. But frankly, until this week we had no idea as to what kind of job you did. This week, the homeowners association had a Pest Inspector go into each subbasement. After examining our subbasement he commented on the excellent job your workmen had done. A representative of the homeowners association heard the praise and asked for your contact info so they could put it on some kind of recommended contractor list.... Good for you and thanks for doing a good job.! A suggestion, after doing the work it would have been nice if you had given us a photo of what you had done, so we would not have waited this long to realize that you had done an excellent job. Thank you again for the excellent workmanship.

What did you think of our representative and presentation? Excellent and clean and thorough. Comments: John's employees are thorough, careful, respectful and clean.  We highly recommend this company for the tough job of removing water from crawl spaces.  

They are very hard working, they left it clean! I am an impressed customer. 

Caleb is absolutely amazing. He has such great people skills and is incredibly friendly, knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He walks on water!

This dude is just ten kinds of awesome. Much like your entire company, he's simply great. They did a complete servicing today and was more than tolerant of my many questions. He's candid, quick, and smart as can be about this line of work. I'd never been present for a "system test" before, and it's my final proof that this was the best decision I've made in a long, long time.

John's Waterproofing recently gave a Continuing Education presentation at Keller Williams Realty that I attended. Robin gave a very clear breakdown of issues and was enthusiastic in his presentation. It was simple and relevant knowledge. The class was great! 

He was fine, professional and was here on time. He left a comprehensive quote with us for our 1988 home.

Delfino G and his crew were efficient, courteous and all-around fabulous. They kept us updated as they moved along and left the basement clean. Their work looks great. We've only had the system for a few weeks, but so far we're dry!

Ernie gets his proactive service on time every year and Caleb looks forward to it every year. Our system is amazing, our people are better! 

I visited the company website so I could let company management know how my recent job went but couldn't figure out where to send it. So, if you wouldn't mind, please pass this on to whoever will be interested. As you are aware, my job consisted of crawl space encapsulation with some minor changes requested by me, and a new sump pump system.  While you and I had some minor differences of opinion as to what I wanted done, I want you to know how much I appreciate your working with me to get those accomplished. I am very satisfied with what was done and only wish I would have done it ten years ago. Thank you for a great job.   Secondly, I want management to know what a pleasure it was working with Lupe and his crew. Rodney was there from day one, and I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the fellow that joined them on Tuesday. All three introduced themselves and were very polite. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and my garage was never a mess. Lupe did a great job on new sump pump installation, replacing the entire line from pump to downspout.   And finally, the job was finished in two days instead of three as originally discussed. Lupe sought me out and ask permission to work a little later on Tuesday so the job could be finished. I appreciated that.   So again, thank you and your installation crew for a job well done. I would certainly recommend you guys to anyone who might be in need of such work in the future.
