2 years ago my Wife and I purchased a dual sub pump system and new vapor barrier from John's waterproofing. The entire team that came up and worked so hard to do a french drain around the entire house, and install the equipment were just fantastic! Today as a yearly follow up Maintenance we had the privilege of meeting Hitch. What a delightful man, who serviced all the equipment, and gave us some very good information. Everyone I've met from the business have been very knowledgeable, and very willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry.

We called up John's for electrical work and I am very happy with the work they did. Everything works as it should now, I am a very happy customer! 

Everyone I worked with was so very professional. The crew stayed clean throughout the installation, laying down plastic and then cleaning up after themselves as they went along.

When Lupe showed up I was in tears from nerves, and at the end I didn't want him to leave. I felt so comfortable with him, I told him my whole story.

From their first visit to my home from Sean for an estimate to the crew that arrived to do the project, I was impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the workspaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening inside my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. The whole crew worked very efficiently and got the project done in one day. They left the work area spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for any waterproofing project!!

Installed drain around entire perimeter inside the basement with sump pump in my 1925 home. it was very loud though when they used jackhammers to dig through the concrete; why they didn't use a concrete saw I'll never know, as it wouldn't have been so messy but they did clean up after themselves. They coordinated well with the plumber and also with the firm that removed the mold from the walls

Brad was thoughtful, cared about how it looked, tidy and a great guy.
