Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner had dealt with water coming through the basement walls for years, and had been applying a waterproof paint every few years. The paint isn't a long-term solution and does crack and come off as water pushes up against it. The homeowner was ready for a solution that looked nice and could stand the test of time. This basement had a pretty serious water leak so the owner called us out to install out WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is an interior drain system that we put in the basement to catch any water that come in, making sure that the water doesn’t touch your basement floors ever again.

This customer in Hood River, Oregon had moisture and rodent activity in his crawl space. One major reason is there was no vent cover to the outside access which made it an easy place for animals and water to get in. Here are good pictures of how important it is to have well working vent covers.

This customer was wanting a quick solution to the water coming into the basement so they could finish it. Not only did we solve the water issue by installing our Waterguard system in just two days but we also helped get them on the right track to finishing it by putting in our Thermaldry wall system and our Thermaldry floor matting. These products help to waterproof and insulate the walls and floor, making the basement perfectly prepped for finishing.
