This basement had cracks on the foundation walls, to address this issue we used Dry Trak to fill and seal the cracks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect water from the parameter and grade it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we installed CleanSpace to provide waterproofing to the walls. 

When installing a basement waterproofing system, we want to ensure that homeowners get to still use the space however they want while keeping it dry. Therefore, after we have installed our basement drainage system we make sure to cover over top with concrete. For this homeowner, they noticed water seeping through the foundation near their fireplace and wanted the issue fixed. To do so, we needed to install a WaterGuard drainage pipe along the interior perimeter of the basement to collect any water intrusion and send it to a TripleSafe sump pump to be pushed out. Due to the size of the space, we also needed to install a leech line directly through the middle of the basement so that all aspects of the space were waterproofed. Once the system is fully installed, then we cover over top of it with concrete so that it is a flat surface and a discreet system.
