Sales: I wasn't present for the initial consultation but my Wife told me it went well. Ben explained in detail the work that needed to be done and was courteous, professional and prompt. He was also available to answer a couple questions that I had over the phone which he did well. Might have over-sold us a bit on the De-humidifier, but I chalk it up to piece of mind so it doesn't bother me. A more cost-conscious consumer might raise an eyebrow.
Service: The installation crew was super courteous, professional and prompt. I appreciated that they kept in communication with me over the entire process and whenever there was a question involved they always got my input. They covered most of my stuff in the basement with plastic which I appreciated because there ended up being a lot of dust on the job. I also appreciate that they didn't waste any time, and worked very hard to get the job done in the shortest time possible.
