This Gresham home was in need of a cleanspace and smart jacks after the moisture under the home got to the wooden posts and they rotted out causing the floor to sag. 

The standing water and moisture in this home were a constant issue. Now with the CleanSpace system and dehumidifier the house is comfortable, moisture free and more energy efficient. 

This wet crawlspace had such high relative humidity that the insulation was falling and molding. In addition to this, some of the posts in the foundation were beginning to show signs of rot. 

Our team came in and removed the water and moisture from the crawlspace, installed our CleanSpace system and ensured that humidity would never be a problem again through the installation of a dehumidifier. 

This crawlspace was full of water, mud, falling insulation and rotting posts. Our team came in and encapsulated the space, replaced rotten wood posts with our patented Smart Jacks to ensure they would never have to deal with wood rot again. They will finish the job with spray foam insulation on the walls and this homeowner will have a clean, dry, and healthy space. 

When water frequently floods a crawlspace, there are a few signs to look for. One way is to look on the wooden posts, water lines will appear where water regularly floods to. If these exist, then water is flooding pretty regularly and these posts will begin to rot and mold over time. If addressed early enough, we can stop issues from occurring, if not... the problem will worsen and become a much more costly project.
