Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner knew their crawlspace had not been looked at in years. When they purchased the home, they were away that water issues were present, but they had hoped the simple 6 Mil vapor barrier would be enough. However, water damage had occurred and mud was caked throughout the space. This shows that water was rising above the barrier, and a more extensive waterproofing system was needed. The homeowners wanted their home to be dry and healthy and moved forward with a full encapsulation. 

This crawlspace was damp and humid that is the perfect spot for certain plant life, fungus, and mold to grow. This customer luckily only had plants so far, and with our Cleanspace encapsulation system they won’t have to worry about anything else growing down there!

This homes foundation was cracked and leaking, causing issues in the Crawlspace. We did a full encapsulation to solve this water issue. 

This homeowner was used to replacing their vapor barrier every few years to keep up on their crawlspace repair needs. However, after hearing about encapsulation providing a long-term solution to crawlspace issues, they were ready to upgrade to a lasting solution. 

This home's crawlspaces old vapor barrier was not installed properly and the water had been pooling under it, on it, and the moisture was being absorbed by the old fiberglass insulation. This passageway under the home had the old wooden frame rotting under the vapor barrier. To address this waterproofing issue we installed our dimpled drainage matting, insulated it with TerraBlock, and then sealed it all in with Cleanspace.
